VALLE DEL ABDALAJIS

The Valley de Abdalajís, is the FLYING CAPITAL where we are based, with it's mountains ranging from 340m - 900m in height on the Penibetica mountain range. We have three launch sites for different wind directions, as well as having our accomodation and the many alternative activities around the Chorro Lake, only 10 minutes away. It's title of "Flying Capital" is due to it's location, geographical and climate conditions - ideal for all nature sports, and especially for free flying hang-gliding and paragliding, with its excellent thermal currents.

From the air, one can observe the spectacular olive groves, almond and citrus plantations, as well as the Chorro Lake, the snow-peaked mountains of the local ski resort in Sierra Nevada, and other splendid sights of the south of Spain.
